If you are unsatisfied in any way with your purchase, please return any unused items within 10 business days for a full product refund.  If a product is lost, defective, or damaged, you must contact support within 48hrs after package was delivered and we will reship replacement product at our discretion.

No returns will be accepted after 10 business days.  Please inspect your shipment upon arrival for any damages or discrepancies with order.

Damages must be reported within 48hrs days to receive a refund or replacement.

Clearance items are final sale only and do not apply to this return policy.

Refunds will be issued for the full purchase price minus shipping.

Reimbursement charges for return shipping is at the discretion of A Gift From Nature Supplies.

Return merchandise must be in the original packaging and in resaleable condition.

We will not reimburse for any used or open packaged masks.

Large orders, drums, pallets and special orders may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Please note unless defective there will be no returns accepted on custom printed labels.
